What she liked most in the world was to be surrounded by family and loved ones. It is what brought joy to her life, and seeing her live in those moments is what brought joy to my life. The moments got less frequent near the end, but the joy was greater when they did happen.
She was a mother to more than just us six children. She was mother to all of our friends as well. There wasn’t anyone that came into the house that didn’t call her Ma.
She will be missed and be remembered by many.
Love you Ma…
Mom , Thankyou for being there through my whole messed up life, you always stood beside me through thick and thin,if you were to look Mother up in the dictionary your picture appears,so thankyou and I will always keep you in my Heart. Larry
Okay,trying again.
Some of the most wonderful memories are times at the camp in Maine.
She would set her hair in pin curls and go in the water on an inflatable mattress and tell us not to dump her over…of course we did every time.
We spent Thanksgiving’s there and all went into the woods to get our Christmas tree, nice memory.
She went to Sweden with Jorgen and I in 1992 and loved it,also went to Norway.
We were allowed to go into the pen with the reindeer herd just back from their summer camp, which was not far from the in laws in Sweden.Great fun for us all.We had an up close and personal experience with them.
She loved all the yummy desserts in Sweden and having them for breakfast at times really made her day.
Spring was her favorite season, with everything all green and new.
Love you..
Please accepted my condolences for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this time.
Sincerely
Jeanne Coleman (Walters)
“Home” that is what this beautiful woman, sister, wife and mother and grandmother was to everyone she met. Her gift of family and love she shared with all of us, no matter where you came from or who you were. I love you Ma, thank you for everything. Always in my heart and prayers.
Stephanie
She was probably the best grandparent I could have asked for. Every time we went to see her, there was a smile on her face. One of the things I did find amusement in was the funny faces she did for different situations (When my mom and her both wanted to pay for food on an outing, the “angry” face she tried making made us all laugh, even her after a second). Rest in peace Nana, keep dad and grampy in line for us

My condolences to all my cousins and their families on the loss of a dear, sweet lady.
She had her hands full raising 6 kids and her love for them showed in her smiling face. I especially enjoyed relaxing at the lake, and playing cards in the camp, lots of good times and happy memories! Aunt Eleanor I know you are at peace in heaven with Delbert and Rick.
