Marie L. (Levesque) Clement, 98, died early Sunday morning, February 21, 2016 at the Hunt Nursing & Rehab. Center in Danvers. She was the loving wife of the late Arthur Clement. Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Pascal and Arthemise (Madore) Levesque. She was raised and educated in Salem. She was a longtime Danvers resident. Mrs. Clement was employed for many years at Sylvania, at both the Loring Avenue and Sylvan Street plants, as well as at Stop & Shop at the North Shore Shopping Center. She loved children and was dedicated to her family. She leaves her children, William Clement & his wife Kathleen of Hillsboro, NH, Richard Clement and his wife Evangeline of Peabody, Peter Clement and his wife Janice of Danvers, Joan Simard of York, ME, and Janet Shanks and her husband Lawrence of Essex, 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson, William Clement, Jr., a son-in-law, Donald Simard, and her twelve brothers and sisters. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, Feb.24, 2016 at 11AM in Saint Mary of the Annunciation Church, 24 Conant St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Hobart St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4-8PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice, 800 W Cummings Park #3100, Woburn, MA 01801.

What I remember is the caring that flowed back and forth between Mrs. Clement and her family; what a loving family she had, and how she loved you in return! Each of you carries a spark kindled in her bright eyes and gentle soul. You are surely the best tribute to her life and spirit. May she journey well.
