DANVERS- Nancy C. (Ouimette) Borish, 91, passed away in her home on December 28, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Alexander Borish with whom she shared 70 years of marriage. Born in Danvers on October 9, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Jennie (Skapinska) Ouimette. She was raised and educated in Danvers and graduated from Holten High School in 1951. Nancy had started out as a bookkeeper for Ideal Baby Shoe. She became an administrative assistant for Danvers Ford Dealership for many years. Nancy loved taking care of her family and gardening. She also enjoyed summers on Lake Willoughby in Vermont. She is survived by her children, Edward “Tom” Borish and his wife Jill of Simpsonville, SC, Gail Borish-Wayson and her wife Evelyn of Peabody and Debra Pelletier-Fenichel and her husband David Fenichel of Danvers, five grandchildren, Anastasia Borish, Noah Pelletier, Aja, Lindsay and Maxwell Consoli, four great grandchildren, Dominic, Brock, Scarlett and Mia, her brother-in-law, John Barbieri of Danvers and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Albert Borish and her sister Ann “Peachie” Barbieri. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024 in Saint Richard Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial will follow if Annunciation Cemetery, Hobart St., Danvers. Visitation will be held from 4-7PM on Friday, January 19, 2024 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers.
