  2. I’m so very sorry for your loss. Norma was a lovely lady. We met at the Danvers Senior Center where we would often spend Wednesday afternoons quilting. She enjoyed sharing whatever project she had going at the time with the members of the group. Most days were spent chatting, telling stories and laughing, especially the days Norma attended. I will always remember her wonderful laugh. My deepest condolences.

  3. I’m so sorry to learn of your mom’s passing. What a wonderful tribute to her life. May memories comfort you.

  4. Norma was truly one of the best people I know. Her faith guided her throughout her life which I hope gave her comfort. We loved getting her homemade cards, always signed love Mrs. Hotbread. She had a wonderful sense of humor. We will cherish all the summers on Plum Island that we had with her. She was definitely one of a kind and was our other mother! I pray that she and mom are together again.

  5. So sorry for your famlies loss. I had the great pleasure of being Norma’s friend & having so many wonderful memories. Love you Norma Lisa Zetes

  6. What is a sister to her brother? Initially she thought I was a pain; I was the baby brother; we didn’t have much in common. As we aged and matured, we enjoyed each other even though we lived miles away but stayed in touch. Our families would gather on Thanksgiving and other occasions at her home, she would play the piano, we would all sing, and a good time was had by all. To this day my seven children remember how kind and loving their aunt was. My sister relied on her faith to comfort her throughout her life. Her passing has left a void in my life, I am thankful I had her all this time. Rest in peace you are now home with the Lord. I love and miss you more than ever.

  7. I met Norma many years ago when she spearheaded an outreach project for new families at St. Mary’s, and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. To be on her Christmas card list was a given once you met her, each card filled with lovely sentiments. We would catch up with one another when we attended the same Mass and it was always a blessing to chat with such a kind and loving mother, grandmother and friend, never complaining, always thinking of others. May she rest in the loving arms of our Savior, at peace now.

  8. My grandma and Norma were neighbors together at Tapley School. When my grandma passed away in 2007, Norma used to send me letters when I was away at college in Atlanta. I used to see her every once in a while when I would visit my grandpa, who had lived at Tapley until his passing in 2019. I thought about Norma today and missed her. -Angela Sun
