Paul W. Walton

Paul W. Walton, Jr., 81, of Danvers, peacefully passed away in his home on March 14, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Geraldine (Shoaf) Walton with whom he shared 42 years of marriage. Born in Boston on November 10, 1942, he was the son of the late Paul and Frances (Cove) Walton, Sr. He was raised and educated in Cohasset. Paul went on to Bentley College and received his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University. He had a long career in accounting, most recently working for Rocky Hill Advisors. He also owned and operated the RAC Vending Company. Paul enjoyed working in his yard and was meticulous with his lawn care and gardens. He was an avid reader and was an accomplished carpenter. In addition to his wife, Geri, he is survived by his children, Jessica Walton of Manchester-by-the-Sea, Paul W. Walton III and his wife, Susan of NH, Lisa Boyle and her husband, Jim of NH and Diana Block and her husband Marty of Scituate, his sister Sandra Pratt and her husband Donald of Plymouth, his grandchildren, Cecelia Hubert, Nicole Eaves and her husband Paul, Kyle and Allison Walton, Patrick and Meghan Boyle, Michael and Kaitlyn Berkery and Leah and Maia Block, as well as many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Paul’s family will receive friends and family from 4-6PM on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. All other services are private.
