Pauline A. (Colella) Lee, 92, died Monday morning, May 13, 2013 at the Masconomet Healthcare Center in Topsfield following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Thomas P. Lee. Born in Saugus on Sept. 3, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Eli and Justine (Pardi) Colella. She was raised and educated in Swampscott and was a longtime Peabody resident. Following her retirement, she resided in California for twenty-five years before returning to Peabody. Pauline had been employed as a seamstress with New England Sportswear of Lynn and Star Sportswear in Peabody until the time of her retirement. She was active in the American Legion with her husband while residing in California. She is survived by her sons, Robert Lee and his wife Carla of Danvers and William Lee of California, three sisters, Olga Adams odf Peabody, Ellia Faino of California, and Rosalyn Raye of Florida, her grandchildren, Scott and Pauline Lee of Peabody, Bryan and Kristy Lee of Danvers, Matthew Lee of Danvers, Shannon and Michael Keohoe of Salem, and Jennifer Lee of California, and her great-grandchildren, Gavin, Cameron, Philip, Jonathan, and Stephanie. She was predeceased by a son, Thomas Lee, Jr., and a grandson, Marcus Lee. Visiting hours will be Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 4-7PM in C.R. Lyons & Sons, funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers Square. A Funeral Service will follow at 7PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the North Shore, 75 Sylvan St., Danvers, MA 01923.
