Rachel Carle

Rachel (Graves) Carle, 60, passed away on March 13, 2024, in her home in Danvers, Massachusetts. She was the loving wife of Edward F. Carle with whom she shared 32 years of marriage.
Born in Berkeley, California on July 10, 1963, she was the daughter of Diane (Stewart) Graves and the late John Graves, Jr. Raised and educated in San Rafael, California, she received her B.A. from Cal Poly, Humboldt State University of California.
Rachel had a long and successful career in the biotechnology industry. Rachel had created a patent while working for Genzyme and more recently was employed with Biogen.
She was an avid reader. She loved the beach and enjoyed annual trips to the Don CeSar (aka the “Pink Palace”) St. Pete Beach, Florida.
In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by a sister, Isabelle Franchini and her husband Brian of Sebastopol, California and extended family in Syracuse, New York.
