Richard "Doc" LeBlanc

Richard D. LeBlanc “Doc”, 84, passed away on August 10, 2012. He was the husband of the late E. May (Pearson) LeBlanc. Born on June 26, 1928, he was raised and educated in Hamilton. Doc served his country during WWII with the United States Navy and was honorably discharged. He was a Danvers resident until 1972 when he moved to his new home in Billerica. Doc was a retired machinist for the Polaroid Company. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; Gary and Julie LeBlanc of Bangor, ME and a daughter and son-in-law; Sharon and Richard Antos of Salem, NH, his siblings Robert LeBlanc of WI and Anne Pasek of NH and a granddaughter Erica Nye of FL. He was predeceased by his daughter Gayle LeBlanc. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11AM on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Sylvan St., Danvers. Visiting hours are Monday evening from 5-8PM in the funeral home.

  1. My deepest condolences on your loss. I have known Uncle Richard a long time and since moving down to Kentucky almost 25 years ago I have seen him him and Uncle Robert at my mother and Wayne’s place in Salem. I really enjoyed being there and talking with Uncle Richard and the rest of the family. I have great memories that go way back when I was a kid. He was a very kind person and I am very grateful to have known him. Again, my sincere condolences to the entire family.
