Robert A. Bergeron

Robert Arthur Bergeron, 65, passed away on February 7, 2014 in Salem Hospital. Born in Salem on January 24, 1949, he was the son of the late Rita (Daley) Bergeron. Robert graduated from Salem High School in 1967. He served his country with the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. Robert was an outdoorsman and enjoyed boating, fishing and camping. He is survived by six siblings, Richard Bergeron and his wife Janice of Salem, Ronald Bergeron of New Mexico, Raymond Bergeron and his wife Dee of VT, Rene Bergeron and his wife Judy of Peabody, Russell Bergeron of Haverhill and Ruth Skomurski and her husband Ned of Danvers and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 in St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, 24 Conant St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Hobart Street, Danvers. Visiting hours are Monday from 6-8PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers.
