Robert M. Moulton

Robert Michael Moulton, 75, died Monday morning, October 28, 2024 at Hathorne Hill in Danvers after a period of declining health.  He was the devoted partner of John G. “Jack” King of Danvers for forty years.

Born in Beverly on October 18, 1949, he was the son of the late Howard and Bianca Moulton.  He was raised and educated in Peabody and Danvers and was a 1968 graduate of Danvers High School.

Bob spent his career as a hairdresser and loved the many relationships he fostered both with his dedicated clientele and cherished colleagues.  He owned and operated Peter Anthony’s Hair Salon in Beverly and then worked for many years at Salon 21 in Danvers until the time of his retirement.

Bob loved to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Bob’s family is grateful to the staff and administration at Hathorne Hill for the thoughtful care he experienced during his illness.

In addition to his partner, Jack, he leaves his brothers, Howard Moulton and his wife Donna of Newfields, NH and his twin Richard Moulton and his wife Pam of North Fort Myers, FL.  He also leaves his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Moulton and his wife Katherine, Amy Thompson, Christopher Thompson and his wife Tara, Matthew Herring and his wife Meghan, and Jennifer Allen and her husband Wes, and great-nieces and great-nephews, Piper and Sydney Moulton, Alex and Elizabeth Thompson, Emerson, Elena, and Ethan Herring, and Kyle and Payton Allen.

He was predeceased by his nephew, Anthony Robert Moulton.

His Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 11:30AM in C.R.
