Resided in:
Danvers, Massachusetts
Robin L. (Burbank) Pyburn, 66, of Danvers, died peacefully at her home on Monday, January 26, 2026.
Born in Beverly on October 30, 1959, she was the daughter of Jane (Phillips) Burbank of Danvers and the late Raymond Burbank. Robin was raised and educated in Manchester-by-the-Sea and was a 1977 graduate of Manchester High School.
She went on to continue her education at North Shore Community College, where she earned her degree in nursing. Robin devoted her career to caring for others as a registered nurse, working primarily in home health care and specializing in pediatric home health. Fiercely compassionate and deeply committed, she was known for always advocating for her tiny patients and their families, leaving a lasting impact on those she served.
Outside of her work, Robin found joy in life’s simple and meaningful pleasures. She was an avid New England Patriots fan, a voracious reader who was rarely without a book close at hand, and a devoted fan of country music.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her two beloved daughters, Casey Pyburn and Haley Pyburn, both of Danvers; her three sisters, Kelly Jones, Tracy Martyn, and Jodi McCollum; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services are private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robin’s memory to the Danvers People to People Food Pantry, P.O. Box 2076, Danvers, MA 01923. Arrangements are by C.R.
