Rosemary A. (King) Stamm, 83, passed away on March 22, 2010 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House. Born in Somerville on Feb. 16, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Alfred J. and Ellen F. (Scannell) King. She was raised in Arlington and graduated from Arlington High School. Rosemary was employed as an accountant at the former Keystone Battery Corp. in Winchester for many years. She was also a longtime communicant of St. Eulalia’s Church in Winchester. She is survived by a daughter, daughter-in-law and two sons; Mark Stamm of Beverly, Marianne Stamm Barry of Beverly and Richard and Stacey Stamm of Danvers, four grandchildren, Lindsay Zappala, Christopher Stamm, Rose Ellen Barry and Dalia Stamm and two great grandchildren, Noey and Matthew Zappala, Jr. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thurs., March 25, 2010 at 11AM in St. Mary of the Annunciation Church, Conant St., Danvers. Burial will follow in Annunciation Cemetery, Danvers. Vst. Hrs are Wed. 4-7PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Rosemary’s name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty St., Danvers, MA, 01923

  1. Richie, Marianne, Mark & Families, I was so saddened when I heard the news of Rosie’s passing. I have very fond memories of Rosie over many years. I take comfort in knowing that she is now with Louise, Bea, Donny and all the gang. My prayers are with you all at this difficult time.
