Sheila M. Hawes

Sheila M. Hawes, 65, of Beverly, died Sunday, January 8, 2023. Born in Fitchburg, she was the daughter of the late Margaret Mullane and the late Vincent Hawes. She was raised in Peabody, attended Bishop Fenwick High School, and was a 1975 graduate of Peabody High School. Sheila worked for years prior to her illness and was always willing to help support friends, family, and many charitable causes. She was a thoughtful gift-giver and sent decorated, hand-picked cards for all occasions. She was devoted to her cats: Nala, Simba, and Bandit were beloved companions. She leaves two sisters, Margaret Hawes Sheehan of Northbridge and Lesley Hawes Fucci of Framingham, cousins Bill and Linda O’Brien of Melrose and James and Patricia O’Brien of Arlington, and many dear friends.
