Theresa F. Liguori

Mrs. Theresa F. (Hureau) Liguori, 95, returned to the Lord on July 2, 2023 surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her home. She was born in Malden, MA on January 14, 1928 and was the daughter of the late Emma (Boudreau) Hureau and Philip Hureau. Theresa was predeceased by the love of her life and husband of 72 years, Vincent S. Liguori and her grandson Joseph Liguori. She leaves behind her five children: Vincent Liguori and wife Marie of Wells, Maine, Donna Jewett and husband Dr. Frederic Jewett of Boxford, Jean Vaccaro and husband Mark of Chelmsford, Judy Liguori of Danvers, and Randy Liguori and wife Elaine of South Hadley, as well as her 9 grandchildren: Jay, Nicholas, Teresa, Julie, Kayla, Matthew, Danielle, Kyle and Erika and 9 great grandchildren. Theresa raised her children in Burlington and retired in Danvers, where she lived for more than 40 years. She was happiest when hosting parties and holiday dinners for family and friends. She enjoyed vacationing on Marco Island in winter, Cape Cod in summer, and boating on the Northshore and would never miss a Red Sox or Patriot’s game on the television. At the request of the family, services will be private. Theresa will be laid to rest at Puritan Lawn Cemetery in Peabody Massachusetts.
