Thomas Michael Beckwith, 64, passed away on July 2, 2012 in the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was the husband of the late Neysa (Swain) Beckwith. Born in Boston on March 22, 1948, he was the son of the late Harold W. and Edna M. (Smith) Beckwith. He was raised and educated in Winthrop and graduated from Bentley College with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. He ran his own tire retail business for over 30 years. He had been a longtime member of the Winthrop Elks Club. Thomas is survived by a son Michael Thomas Beckwith and a daughter Emily Swain Beckwith, both of Boxford, a sister Chrysan Corcione of Peabody and many beloved nieces and nephews. He will be fondly remembered for his generosity, enthusiasm for life, and vibrant personality. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9AM on Saturday, July 7, 2012 in St. Rose of Lima Church, Park St., Topsfield. Visiting hours are Friday from 4-8PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Burial is private. Donations may be made in Thomas’s name to St. Rose of Lima Church in Topsfield
