Many of us in the USA at many locations in the US and many other countries had met Carole at Varian training. We all thought she was such a great lady and fondly, alot of us had called her Mother varian. She is remembered. Our condolences to the family. I might of visited her at her house once and that alone was so nice of her to do. She was always so helpful and friendly to any of us that visit for training. —- Art Dranberg
My condolences to Rebecca and her family on their loss. Carole was the cornerstone of Varian Technical Training, always there to greet our students who travelled from all over the world to come to training, many for the fist time in the US. She touched thousands of lives and many of them will always remember Carole as the friendly face of Varian Training. – Mark Lyman
I had the pleasure of working with Carole for many years at Varian. She was a caring and conscientious person. Her smiles would brighten the day. Carole’s usual and sincere question was, “How can I help?”
My heart-felt sympathy goes to Rebecca and the Wetmore family,
