In the days after the death of our family member, we (like most families) were emotional, overwhelmed, and stressed about all that needed to be taken care of. Starting from the moment we called them from the Kaplan Hospice House, CR and Amanda took care of every last detail so that we could focus on taking care of ourselves and honoring the life of my father-in-law. The funeral home itself is stunning. The Deacon they recommended (from St. Mary’s Church) was incredible – he took the time to speak to several family members during the days before the service so that he could speak personally about my father-in-law. The graveside ceremony was just what we wanted. There are so many choices to make, CR guided us through each one and made sure everything was exactly how we planned it. Several people commented about how nice the wake and burial services were. CR Lyons and Sons Funeral Home came highly recommended and I’m so grateful we chose them.
